The building is located at the top of Goswell Road, there are 94 apartments and 4 houses in the development, with commercial space at the ground floor currently occupied by Virgin Active.
The main facades consist of a range of materials including: brick, render, copper, timber, and aluminium curtain walling. The objective of the project to replace all non compliant material with fire rated materials whilst causing minimal disruption to existing tenants.
Excluding brick and copper facades, all other façade systems were removed and replaced as they did not meet current fire rating standards. In addition to this, all timber decked balconies, rendered soffits and cavity barriers were also to be replaced:
The works were completed on time with minimal disruption to the existing residents.
