Bryce Selkirk

Founder

Bryce founded the company in 2014 after spending 3 years as a director at MRS Tiling. Bryce has a background in construction commercial and project management having worked on multiple major and smaller construction projects for over 25 years. Over the years Bryce has learned that a competent, diligent, happy work force with the right process and support equals successful project delivery and happy clients

Nick Tuffrey

Head of Finance and Commercial

Nick started his career in finance within the automotive industry following University and moved into the construction industry working in the commercial department on large scale Gas and Telecoms utility projects across the UK.

Using all of the skills and experience gained during these 15 years, Nick joined BSel as our Commercial Lead in 2022 and has become an integral part of the senior management team.

During his time with BSel, Nick has managed various projects ranging across multiple sectors and has been at the forefront of the integration of new project management and cost systems which have set the company up with a solid technological infrastructure to continue to grow further in the years to come.

Ed Moura

Head of Operations

Ed has been tiling and rendering for over 15 years, working with all kinds of tiles and stones. Ed’s attention to detail and understanding of designs, layouts, levels, fixings and patterns has really helped BSel deliver the highest standard of work for our customers. Ed’s relationship building skills with both operatives and customer project teams is second to none which makes projects run really well.
